Overview
If you have experienced an instance of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, or stalking, you have the option to report it through the University’s Title IX Office. The Title IX Office is housed in the Office of Intisutuaional Equity. Title IX primarily manages sexual misconduct reports while ensuring prompt, equitable, and impartial Title IX process for all students, faculty, and staff.
You Have Options
If you have experienced a concern of interpersonal violence (which may include dating/relationship violence, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and/or stalking), you have control over if, when, and how you may report a matter to the University. If you would like to speak with a Counselor/Advocate trained to help persons who have experienced sexual misconduct and/or would like assistance in identifying your reporting and advocacy options, please contact:

Conversations with the Safe Office, University Counseling Center, and the Office of the Chaplain are confidential. Information shared with those professionals will not be shared with the Title IX Office unless and until you are ready.
Understanding Reporting and Confidentiality
Community members impacted by sex discrimination or harassment have a variety of reporting options at the University. If information is disclosed to non-confidential employees, such as mandatory reporters, that information may be shared with University officials to ensure an appropriate response and campus safety.
